Holiday months are coming our way. Party everywhere, more food...gain weight?
Here's some tips to do not only during the holiday season but also when eating in restaurants or fast food.

Here are some of my personal thing that I do.
1. Avoid soda (if possible)
2. Drink 8 glasses of water everyday
3. Eat fruits first before the main course
4. Drink fresh fruit juices (whatever is in season)
5. Eat slowly
6. Drink green tea
7. Exercise...brisk walking, jogging, gardening, anything that will make you perspire. I know it's cold these days, tendency is we are lazy to get out from our bed.
8. Motivate yourself.....keep that goal in mind...NOT TO GAIN WEIGHT..
