My Chicken "Wings" Inasal

Here's my own version of chicken inasal. Recipe copied in Panlasang Pinoy. Measurement of ingredients vary because it would depend on the servings. You have an option on what part of the chicken to cook.  I preferred wings because it's my favorite part of the chicken. As what we order in a chicken inasal resto, the "pecho" is preferred? What about you, what do you prefer?
